Our products are made to the highest standards. They are inspected before shipping. Each Hal Michael music stand comes with a one year warranty for parts and labor. This warranty is void if there is damage by any means.

 

Shipping

We ship by FedEx anywhere in the United States and Europe.

 

Return of Undamaged Product

Call Hal Michael for a return authorization. The item must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping plus insurance. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed.

 

Return of Damaged Product

If damage is determined to have been caused by the customer, then the customer will be charged for repairs if it can be fixed. There will be no refunds.
